I introduce to you my Monday morning enemy, THE SCALE. After a weekend of mind less eating and consuming a huge lunch yesterday, the scale has tipped. I am hoping it is due to the lack of water I had yesterday and the abundance of food. Gym here I come!

I hate my scale too. HOWEVER, you are too hard on yourself. You look amazing!
I now hate the scale too and don't look forward to weighing in on Friday. Yuck!
